The architect of Georgia football, Kid Woodruff, this photo is in excellent shape with no pin holes or tears and ready as is for a standard frame. Woodruff was the head coach of Georgia from 1923-1927, played quarterback from 1907-1911 and continued to advice the program after he left as coach. He came from the coaching ranks of Notre Dame and brought some key assistants with him. He is the man who brought Butts and Mehre to Georgia as well as the mastermind behind the construction of Sanford Stadium in 1929.
